Memberships

 

Invoicing:

 

A valid credit card or bank account is required on file in order to obtain services from Rocky Lake CrossFit.  You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or Electronic Funds Transfer (From bank account).  We do not accept debit, cheques or cash for membership but for drop-in’s and retail purchases you can pay with cash.

Billings for classes will be done monthly in advance on the 1st day of each month.  Packages will be reoccurring monthly unless you otherwise advise by email 14 days prior to the billing date.  (info@rocklakecrossfit.com)

A cancellation fee will be applied to your account in the amount of $25 when an account is closed.  Accounts cannot be closed with less than 14 days notice, prior to billing date.  Give use 14 days notice and you won't be charged the next months memberhsip fees, easy. 

If we recieve an NSF charge from your bank you will be automatically charged $30.  This is the amount we are charged in most cases. 

 

Personal Training & Sport Specific Programing:

 

Personal Training & Sport Specific Programing must be paid in advance.

Rocky Lake CrossFit maintains a 12:00am cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made by email (info@rockylakecrossfit.com), phone (902-210-4803) or in person at the box.

Any cancellation received before 12:00am the day of will be removed without charge.

Any session cancelled after 12:00am the day of will remain on the account and will be fully charged to your account.

 

Appointment Booking & Re-Scheduling:

 

In order to provide the highest quality service with the least possibility of error all sessions must be booked / cancelled or re-scheduled through our staff at the box.  This can take place over the phone (902-210-4803), by email (info@rockylakecrossfit.com) or in person at the facility.

 

Rocky Lake CrossFit Community:

 

We will hold ourselves to the highest possible standard and expect our members will hold themselves to a similar standard.

Our expectations are:

 

  • Be dressed and ready to start classes at the scheduled time. If class starts at 5:30pm then you are late at 5:31pm, you may still join class as long as showing up late does not become a regular occurrence, capping our classes means that someone else may have been on time for your spot in class, please show us your commitment to your health by attending class on time.
  • Indoor shoes and gym appropriate attire is mandatory.
  • Members are responsible for clean up and returning all equipment to its location.
  • Respect and support of your fellow community members and coaches is mandatory.

 

If circumstances arise, Rocky Lake CrossFit reserves the right to ask any members to leave.
