Running, cycling, swimming, frisbee, soccer, hockey, triathlon... If it's a sport, Mike's been involved. A busy father of three, Mike knows CrossFit is both a sport and a lifestyle; one that will allow him to extend the limits of his abilities and help him grow stronger even as he grows older. Mike found CrossFit in 2013 and enjoys the journey to personal improvement. Mike has been a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer since early 2016, but has been attending and judging competitions since he was first bitten by the CrossFit bug. He is passionate about personal improvement, celebrating the victories of his fellow athletes as though they were his own victories. CrossFit makes him better at life and he wants to help you be better, too.
