This one is a little late but with so many members now it's damn hard to choose just one!
This month the member of the month is a mother of 4 and a dedicated CrossFitter who not only finds the time in her schedule between her children's extra curricular activities but was also one of the most consistent members based on attendance in April.
Theda always pushes herself during every workout. Early in the month she aggravated an old injury. Not only did she quickly get on the path to recovery, she never quit training at Rocky Lake but instead decided to work around it.
By scaling her workout to accommodate her injury she was able to maintain her fitness and also improve it by working on her weaknesses... because she had to!
Congrats Theda! You deserve it.
