Our Fundamentals program is a learning process which will provide instruction on the fundamental movements we utilize during CrossFit classes as well as an introduction to our strength program. In addition, this period will allow new members to experience specifically designed CrossFit workouts.
Our goal is to make sure all new members understand what is expected of them during class and better appreciate our purpose, keeping in mind your safety and the safety of those around you.
Each Fundamental session is approximately one hour long. We will accommodate your needs and schedule through One-On-One or small group sessions with one of our coaches. Just sign up and we will contact you shortly to provide instructions on how to get started!
After Fundamentals you will be comfortable with the movement requirements taught during the Fundamental program and will be given the option to move into regular CrossFit classes.

Step 2: Wait for a coach to call and explain how to login to your Rocky Lake online profile.
Step 3: Book your FREE Functional Movement and Fitness Screen
Step 4: Show up with gym clothes and a water bottle.
Step 5: Based on your Screening results, your coach will recommend a training plan of 6, 12, or 18, Fundamental sessions. These sessions will teach you how to safely perform foundational movements of CrossFit so you are ready to make the most out of every CrossFit class you attend.
